October 6th is going to be GOOD!

Did someone say Fried Chicken? After an amazing time at REEL GOOD NIGHT Market (They sold out almost halfway through), we are teaming up with the team atSOUTH in the Roaming Kitchenon October 6th!! Here is a little bit about South to get your tastebuds ready (As if the picture wasn't enough): South is contemporary Southern cuisine, heavy on seasonal vegetables and driven by historical inspiration. South is traditional family food, unpretentious, with no gimmicks, and no crazy science. At South we are not trying to reinvent the wheel, we are just trying to express 200 years of our family’s story on a 12” plate.

We are always excited to see different types of design come through the GOOD: street food + design market, so when floral designer Shannon Mahoney of Thistle and Honey applied to the market, we were beyond excited! Thistle and Honey sources local, seasonal, and organic products to create unexpected textural elements as well as big, beautiful blooms. And if that isn't enough reason to come, we hear she is working on some very special items (like the one in the picture above made out succulents), so be sure to visit her booth on October 6th to hear her story and check out what she is making especially for you!!

October 6th is going to be jam packed with GOOD things for everyone to experience! If you are into Midcentury mobiles and design, then you don't want to miss what we have in store. Join us as we host day two of the first vintage camper, trailer, car, and two-wheel rally in the Del Paso Design District! This two day event will run throughout Del Paso Blvd on Saturday October 5th and Sunday October 6th from 12pm-6pm There will be live music, a tiki-bar and beer garden, food trucks, and a mid-century yard sale! All this and GOOD: street food + design market on Sunday! No tickets necessary! Free admission! Click HERE for more details!

Pee-Wee's Big Adventure!

I've made some special Shrinky Dink Charms for this event!

Who says you can't watch a movie in style? We are teaming up with Newcastle to provide you with a new way to watch an old classic. We will be creating a Newcastle lounge that will be equipped with a 10ft Newcastle beer bottle that doubles as a photobooth, a custom build out, and a few other things that you will have to see to believe. And if that isn't enough reason to get there to see what we have in store, we will also haveNewcastle Happy Hour from 6pm - 7pm. (*Enjoy The One & Only Newcastle Brown Ale Responsibly. (C)2013 Newcastle Importers, New York, NY.)

We are teaming up with designerMartin Swanson of Straight Gauge Studios to create a unique lighting experience for attendees on September 19th. Using beautifully hand-crafted light fixtures from upcycled bike parts, Straight Gauge Studios will be creating a centerpiece for the indoor bar area. Be sure to get your cameras ready. You will definitely want to take pictures! And remember, use the#REELGOODNIGHT hastag so we can see the event though your eyes!

If you don't have a bike, don't worry about it. We're partnering with Uber to help you get to and from the REEL GOOD NIGHT Market in style! Download the Uber app on your phone and enter the promo codeREELGOODNIGHT to take $30 off your first ride! What is Uber? Uber is a mobile app that connects you with a driver for immediate transportation. Request a ride with the tap of a button and have a driver curbside in minutes. Click herefor more details.
